Average Delivery Time
The average delivery time for items is 4-8 weeks (delivery time dependent on items purchased, contact Bergman directly for clarification).
Returns Policy
Items must be returned in a period of 14 days of purchase inside its’ original packaging, including all tags and your receipt. Items will not be taken back should they have been:
Worn,
Used,
Damaged due to your actions.
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty:
Duvets,
Beds,
Pillows,
Top Pads,
Mattress Protectors,
Towels.
Items purchased online can be returned to the store.
Does Bergman have on-site parking?
There are two free parking spot outside of Bergman for customers to use. Also, it is free to park in the bus lane on the Rathgar road from 10 AM - 4 PM.
