Unzip the top layer of your DUX bed to reveal six interchangeable spring cassettes. Available in four tension levels; soft, medium, firm, and extra firm, arrange the position of these cassettes depending on your body type and needs.
As you age and your needs change you can swap out cassettes very easily, ensuring that your DUX experience is a therapeutic and unwinding one.
When compared to other leading brands, the inclusion of the Pascal cassettes increases the dispersion of weight across the bed while decreasing the level of pressure exerted against the body.
What does this mean you may ask?
It means that the body receives even support during sleep, decreasing the likelihood that you will awaken at night.
As you can see from the graph on the left, a traditional mattress applies more to the body evenly across critical zones of the body. Not only will you likely awaken from this, but you may find certain areas to be impeded or hurt.
The graph on the right shows the DUX bed. As you can see, less pressure is applied to the body and is spread across the mattress, resulting in a deep, restful sleep.
Three Separate Bed Support Zones
Shoulders
The cassette under the shoulders allows them to sink in, reducing pressure on surrounding muscles whether you’re a back or side sleeper.
Hips
The Pascal cassette under the hips provides counter support to keep the spine in a neutral position so that muscles and ligaments can rest and repair.
Legs
The leg support cassette elevates the feet slightly so that they’re aligned with the sign and to encourage circulation.
